Hi, my name is Saima, and I’m the person behind Tasho. I’m a Bangladeshi living in New York, and through food, I’ve found a powerful way to stay connected to my roots. You might know me as @thehungrycoderr on Instagram and TikTok, where I share recipes inspired by heritage and home.I’m especially passionate about preserving my Nani’s recipes capturing the stories and flavors I grew up with.
Meaning of Tasho
At Tasho, every product I offer is deeply personal. The brand is named after my Nani my beloved maternal grandmother whose kitchen was the heart of my childhood. I spent nearly every afternoon at her home, watching her cook with love, care, and intention. Even today, we FaceTime often, swapping stories and recipes. Tasho is my way of bringing that same warmth into your kitchen.
